纪兰慰（Lanwei Ji)， 舞蹈教育家。原中国中央民族大学教授，硕士生导师，中国舞蹈家协会会员，中国少数民族舞学会理事。  从事民族舞蹈教育和舞蹈理论研究工作40余年，具有扎实的专业技术与理论功底，以及丰富的舞蹈教学与科研经验，尤其对中国民族民间舞蹈的历史发展、风格韵律、人文背景等方面进行了深入的调查与研究，在民族舞蹈的课堂教学、剧目创作、学术研究等方面都取得了丰硕的成果。

代表性论著：主编《中国少数民族舞蹈史》，1998年出版，并获中国国家民委系统社会科学优秀著作二等奖。专著《艺术：最美的旋律》，1998年出版。编著《龙飞凤舞—中国少数民族民间舞蹈选介》(Flying Dragon and Dancing Phoenix)英文版，1987年出版。

在国家级刊物上发表了《舞蹈民俗学–舞蹈学的新兴支学》，《少数民族舞蹈在中华舞蹈史中的历史地位》。
