2026 CCLC Summer Camp

Summer Camp 2026 provides child care for children 5 to 12.
Date & Hours
2026 Summer Camp runs from June 22nd to August 21st. Scroll down for more details on each session. The hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, extended day (8:30-9:00 am, 5:00-5:30 pm)
Tuition 2026
CCLC Summer Camp tuition covers a full day of activities and afternoon snacks.

Camp is divided into 9 weekly sessions.
-
A one-week session is $399,
-
The cost for full summer (9-week) enrollment is $3,512. A 10% discount is available for families who enroll their child for the entire 9 weeks of camp by April 10, 2026. The discounted full camp fee for early payment is $3,160.80 (rounded to $3,161).

Minimum enrollment of two sessions (not necessarily consecutive).

Payment for all sessions enrolled is due by May 15th.

There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $40; a $400 deposit fee, which keeps your spot and is refundable after the camp ends.
Cancellation
If you cancel your registration:

Before May 1st, 2026, the Deposit of $400 will be returned

From May 1st to May 15th, 2026, you will receive a 50% deposit refund.

There are no deposit refunds after May 15th, 2026, and application fees are non-refundable.

Paper Drop-off: Complete the paper application and drop it off at CCLC with a $40 non-refundable registration fee + $400 deposit.
Weekly Sessions
There are 9 weekly sessions in Summer Camp 2026, and each session focuses on a different theme-related learning experience. Our camp is designed with a balance of hands-on activities, structured learning, creativity, and fun, so children can explore new interests while building skills and friendships.
Please note: Detailed content and weekly activity plans for each session will be announced later.
We will also follow all applicable health and safety guidance as needed.
Session 1: Cooking Club
Dates: June 22nd – June 26th (Part A); June 29th – July 2nd (Part B)
Cooking Club offers children an excellent opportunity for hands-on practice, creative exploration, and delicious discoveries. Campers will learn basic kitchen skills, food safety, and teamwork while enjoying fun cooking-themed activities.
Possible activities may include:

Exploring Different Types of Rice – Learn about rice varieties from different cultures and make simple rice-based dishes.

Sushi Making – Practice preparing sushi rice and assembling simple sushi rolls.

The Magic of Yeast – Explore how yeast works through making dough-based foods such as buns or pizza.

Creative Food Art – Use fruits and vegetables to make fun, edible creations.
-
Simple Cooking & Tasting Projects – Follow step-by-step recipes and learn measurement, mixing, and presentation.
Through these activities, campers will develop cooking skills, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for food, culture, and the science behind cooking.
Session 2: Immersive Chinese Culture
Dates: July 6th – July 10th (Part A); July 13th – July 17th (Part B)
This session offers a variety of exciting activities that showcase the richness and beauty of Chinese culture. Campers will experience language, art, stories, music, movement, and traditional customs in interactive and age-appropriate ways.
Possible activities may include:

Traditional Cultural Crafts – Paper lanterns, festive decorations, calligraphy-inspired art, and more.

Dragon/Lion Dance & Movement Activities – Learn simple movements, rhythm, and teamwork inspired by traditional performances.

Shadow Puppet Creation & Performance – Design puppets and act out stories.
-
Chinese Stories, Legends, and Folklore – Explore tales of the zodiac, dragons, festivals, and heroes.

Festival-Themed Activities – Learn about traditions connected to Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and more.
This session encourages cultural appreciation, creativity, and joyful learning through immersive experiences.
Session 3: STEM Exploration
Dates: July 20th – July 24th (Part A); July 27th – July 31st (Part B)
In this exciting STEM session, campers will dive into the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math through hands-on projects, problem-solving challenges, and real-world applications.
Possible activities may include:

Bridge Building Challenge – Design and test strong structures using simple materials.

Space Science Adventure – Build and launch mini rockets while learning about force and motion.

Renewable Energy Projects – Explore solar and wind energy through model-based experiments.

Math in Action – Interactive games, puzzles, and logic challenges.

Engineering Design Tasks – Build, test, improve, and redesign projects in small teams.
These activities are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire innovation through fun exploration and teamwork.
Session 4: Crafty Creations
Dates: August 3rd – August 7th (Part A); August 10th – August 14th (Part B)
Crafty Creations is all about imagination, hands-on making, and artistic expression. Campers will explore a variety of art and craft projects while developing creativity, fine motor skills, and collaboration.
Possible activities may include:

Nature-Inspired Crafts – Create projects using leaves, flowers, and natural textures.

DIY Wearables – Make bracelets, accessories, or decorated wearable art.

Paper Engineering – Pop-up cards, paper sculptures, and origami creations.

Storytelling Art – Create illustrated stories, puppets, or mini theater projects.

Collaborative Masterpieces – Group murals or themed art installations.
This session gives campers a supportive space to create, experiment, and proudly share their work.
Session 5: Immersive Chinese Culture (Part C)
Dates: August 17th – August 21st (Part C)
This final session continues our Immersive Chinese Culture theme with new projects, stories, and interactive activities, offering campers another chance to deepen their cultural learning in a fun and engaging way.
